So … why should you care if I’m grumpy?

This is where people usually insert all their credentials and explain why their experience makes them qualified to comment. I won’t, though … truth is, you shouldn’t care because of me or anything having to do with me. The worthiness or lack thereof of any ideas here should speak for themselves – they will make things better, or they won’t. If they don’t, then you shouldn’t subscribe to them.

Read. Think. Decide for yourself. We’ll all be better for it. Believe I got it wrong? Got another take? Let me know.
